“Pei Wei” Digital Menu

Pei Wei in Irvine is stepping up their game in the 21st century with a new digital menu array. I can personally verify that that the additional hardware expense has not compromised the quality of the cuisine.

Green Laser through Smoke

This weekend, while camping up in Kings Canyon, we were experimenting with a Green Laser. Beginning with a few puffs from a cigar into the air, we waved the laser around and got some impressive results!

My new computer came in today. This thing is a beast! If this can’t run Adobe CS4 to its full potential, nothing can.

So, what are we looking at?

  • Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad (12M, 3.0GHz, 1333FSB)
  • Memory: 8GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz

The video cards are the most impressive part of this workstation… CrossFireX, Dual ATI Radion HD 4870′s with 1024MB of memory.

BJ’s Restaurant has a new drink on their menu, the Smokin’ Martini. Essentially it’s just a regular martini, but it’s taken to another level with a fragment of dry ice.
